Mike has worked in digital design for 10+ years, working at both specialist and full-service integrated agencies. He has experience working alongside market-leading brands such as HSBC, Pretty Little Thing and Norse Atlantic Airways.
Currently working as a Head of Behavioural Science, he leads Impression’s Digital Experience offering which intertwines CRO, CRM and Media Solutions, encompassing experimentation, research, UX design, marketing automation and customer experience. In addition to this, he’s currently undertaking a PhD at MMU to better understand how commerce interfaces instil motivation at the brain level.
